Gerson Bonilla accused of illegal recording someone in the bathroom

There was a time when you caught that person stealing a peek through your window...they'd call that person a Peeping Tom.  Today, with technology there is no need to get that eyeful and go away.  Some are now breaking the law by storing the images they steal on electronic devices.  That's what 18 year old Gerson Bonilla is accused of doing.  According Harris County prosecutors Bonilla unlawfully photographed another person while they were in the bathroom at a local fitness center.  Investigators say it was an invasion of privacy and it broke the law.  Bonilla is officially charged with improper photographing and visual recording.  HPD Investigators did not say what type of device the teenager used but it has cost him a $35,000 bond at the county jail.  Remember charges are only allegations until proven in court!
