Apparently, Houston daycare owner Jessica Tata is in custody. Here's a booking photo from the Fulton County jail in Georgia. It was Tata's first stop after being extradited from Nigeria over the weekend. The 22 year old fled there after being charged in the deaths of four children who died in her daycare last February. It was last Saturday when Tata's family said she was turning herself over to authorities. Tata's stop in Georgia is only temporary. She is heading back to Houston to face charges. However, federal investigators are not releasing her exact arrival time in the Bayou City...stay tuned for updates!
