According to Houston investigators Blair was seen on the corner of OST and Scott Monday selling dvds out of his mini van.
A person noticed the activity and immediately called the cops.
When a Houston Police officer arrived investigators say Blair got into his van and drove off. He was eventually pulled over by the officer and asked if he had anything in his van.
When the cop searched the van he allegedly found over 200 dvds of movies without labels that contained at least one release that's currently in theaters now.
Blair has been charged with unlawful labeling which is a felony mainly reserved for those accused of bootlegging.

Isiah, you know you're too crazy! Although what he was doing was illegal, @ his age it was probably his only means to make a living for himself. Right or wrong, thanx again to the snitch, lol.
