HE ALLEGEDLY TRAVELED TO MICHIGAN TO HAVE SEX WITH A 16 YEAR OLD!

A Houston man is facing felony charges after allegedly having sex with a teenager he met online.  Houston 

police say they have arrested 52 year old Russell Evans Carter.  Investigators say he met a 16 year old

girl from Michigan and later traveled there and had sex with her at least twice.  Carter was arrested after

prosecutors say he showed a friend nearly nude pictures of the teenager on his cell phone.  His home

was eventually searched and investigators say they found several of photos and videos of the teenager 

having sex with another male via Skype.  Carter is charged with online solicitation of a minor.  His bond was set 

at $20,000.
