YOU CAN'T SELL FINAL FOUR STUFF WITHOUT APPROVAL!

Sang Gu Lee
A Houston man is learning the hard way you just can't slap a label on it and sell it.  Harris County prosecutors say 40 year old Sang Gu Lee allegedly had a great idea.  Since the NCAA was in Houston for the Final Four this week why not sell t-shirts with Final Four printed on them.  Prosecutors say the only problem...Lee didn't have the permission of the NCAA to print or sell the shirts.  That's what they call trademark counterfeiting.  Lee was booked into jail on a $50,000 bond. By the way, Lee's arrest came a day after his birthday. April 1st!
