The Insite hears KHOU news anchor Lucy Noland is leaving for the west coast. Sources say she's out the door next Friday and heading to KNBC in Los Angeles. That's the west coast baby. Noland has served as the 5pm and 10 pm anchor at KHOU since arriving here from FOX in New York.
