Tracy Morgan has returned to Nashville, Tennessee -- to offer another apology for some jokes he told during a show earlier this month.
He met with gay rights advocates and some of the people who attended his June 3 concert at The Ryman Auditorium.
It was during the show that he joked that if he found out his son was gay, he'd get a knife and kill him. He made about five minutes of prepared remarks during the meeting and embraced a Facebook commentator whose remarks about the show had brought attention to the comments.
After the meeting, Morgan spoke with reporters and said: he doesn't "have a hateful bone in my
body" -- and added that he doesn't believe that "people should be bullied or just made to feel bad about who they are."
It's Morgan's second public apology since his June 3 show.
