Have you driven through downtown Houston lately?
If you haven't you may be surprised at what you find on the east end of the district.
I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to see the amazing progress of what will soon be the home of two major institutions.
It's the construction of the stadium that will soon be the base for the Houston Dynamos soccer team and Texas Southern University's football team.
The project is expected to be completed by May and will generate $32 million annually along with 300 jobs.
And from what I've seen it appears to be right on schedule to dazzle Houston and the world!
