Harris County District Attorney Pat Lykos is facing a lot of tough questions. Many are asking why there aren't any new Harris County Grand Juries in place. Judges say a new state law changes how long a panel serves and most grand juries ended back in December but no new ones have been picked. Lykos says she doesn't see it as a problem and no criminals will go free. Felons must be indicted by a grand jury within 90 days of their arrest or be released on bond. The current grand jury selection process is expected to begin sometime this week!
