THE COUNCIL MEMBER IS PREPARING TO FIGHT HATE CRIMES!!!!!Council member Carol Alvarado is inviting the community to get involved in an effort to stop hate crimes. This comes after the young boy was allegedly beaten by two suspects in North Harris County. The details of the meeting are below:
