EVERY MAJOR RAPPER IN HOUSTON HAS BEEN SUED OR HAS FILED A LAWSUIT BUT.....
The Insite did a major search of Harris County Civil court lawsuit records and could not find a single shred of evidence indicating that one of Houston's high profile rappers is being sued for spreading aids to a 23 year old female. Now this doesn't mean the story isn't true. It simply means it's not filed with the Harris County court system. Now records do indicate your favorite Houston rappers have been sued from everything to paternity, property taxes to contract issues. But this is very common in the entertainment industry. In fact, a lawsuit can be filed for anything if you have the filing fee but it will take a jury or a judge to decide if the case has any merit. Here are just some of the lawsuits we found in Harris County but nothing on spreading Aids to a female victim. Now the national web article stated it was a sealed civil case but still there would be some indicator on file that it was filed...but I just can't find that. So The Insite rules out the following rappers on the county level. Well, I tell you what, if you can figure out their real names - those are the ones I rule out of this shaky rumor. In the next couple of days I will check federal civil lawsuits...Keep reading!!!!!

I heard it was rapper Wesley "Lil Flip" Weston who contracted AIDS over a year ago and have been making payments to the female. I hope that this is a false rumor.
