HOUSTON RAPPER WITH AIDS UPDATE: I'VE SEARCHED THE FEDERAL COURT RECORDS! 
The Insite followed up and checked the Houston federal court records for any evidence of there being a lawsuit filed against a major Houston rapper for allegedly spreading aids to a 23 year old female. I did an exhaustive search of federal lawsuits and found no legal documentation indicating the rumor is true. However, there's always the possibility the suit could have been filed somewhere else. As I've previously reported Harris County court records did not provide any proof of the lawsuits validity as well. So my conclusion is, if it's true there is no record on file in Houston. And even if you believe the rumor of the lawsuit being sealed, there still must be proof it was filed for official court records. If it was settled, it still had to be filed. The only other option is it never made it to court. And I'm officially done looking!
Don't give up yet Insite. That's what the sleezy rapper wants to hear. You must expose this miscarriage of justice and expose it now.
ReplyDeleteI raise my hat to you for checking. I'd say just wait and if a suit is filed eventually it will hit the newswire which I'm sure you're tuned into.
