WHEN WILL BORRIS MILES TURN HIMSELF IN ON THE ARREST WARRANT?

HAVE YOU SEEN HIM IN THE LAST 24 HOURS?

Well, it's been a full 24 hours and county records indicate State Representative Borris Miles has not turned himself in after an indictment Monday for deadly conduct. The charge came after allegations Miles pointed a gun at two separate people back in 2007. Prosecutors say the warrant is a misdemeanor so they won't likely send law enforcement officers to arrest him. It's sort a situation where Miles can take his time surrendering to the courts. The only way he would be arrested immediately if he were stopped for a traffic citation and the warrant came up in the system. So, for now Miles is a leisurely wanted man. The Insite placed a call to his legal counsel but have yet to hear back from the Houston attorney. I also made several calls to Miles' personal cell phone but it went to voice mail after a couple of rings. Have you seen Mr. Miles in the last 24 hours?

This act of self-implosion is worse than Lloyd Kelley's back in the 1990's.

I know Mr.Miles will answer to all, as soon as his attorney advises the the union. But whats really funny is how the Houstonians are waiting to see him on T.V. in cuffs, looking like a wanted fugitive.....Just waiting on that negative picture to be displayed. At the end of the day, He is still a Father and someone's Son, I've learned to table judgements and let the qualified individuals do what they do.

I agree with Jolo, yes he is someone's son, but where was his mother and or father when he was doing all this crap??? And as far as a father, yes he is one to not just the two you see, but a couple more, but what are they going to say when they get older and can google their father and all his dirt??? He's made a name for himself by his actions and should be punished accordingly...

Borris should be ashamed of himself. He should have stuck with the Insurance company.

I believe it's safe to say we all have valid comments, whether it's related to the topic or not. anonymous 6-9, I get your point, however it's the recovery and remorse that warrants a persons forgiveness. In the physical it may take a while, but in the natural, it's a done deal. Remember, All you have to do is ask..
