WILL THE FIRST LADY MAKE A GOOD GUEST HOST?

MRS. BUSH WILL GUEST HOST ON THE TODAY SHOW NEXT WEEK!

First lady Laura Bush will be appearing on the "Today" show -- not as a guest, but as a "guest host."
NBC says Bush will host the 9 a.m. EDT hour next Tuesday, April 22nd. The network says she'll take part in several segments and interviews. She'll also be joined during the show by her daughter, Jenna. The two have written a children's book, titled "Read All About It!"
Laura Bush will also give "Today" co-host Ann Curry a tour of the Bush family ranch in Crawford, Texas. The first lady is hosting the day of the Pennsylvania presidential primary. But by that hour of the four-hour "Today" show, politics usually makes way for other issues.
