HOUSTON MAN SAYS EMPLOYER REFUSED TO CALL 911 WHEN HE WAS HAVING A HEART ATTACK!

FROM THE COMPANIES INVOLVED:

Officials from E3 issued a statement to FOX 26.

Officials there claim Butler didn't want to go to the hospital and was eventually taken there by the company.

An attorney representing J.E. Dunn Construction tells FOX 26 News they had no personnel on site the day in question.

Todd Barnett also says paying for an ambulance ride is never an issue with the company because there is insurance on the site.
