Harris County Prosecutors are pushing to ask some probing questions about Dr. Michael Brown's whereabouts the night before he allegedly attacked his wife last year. Prosecutors say a former bodyguard may have taken Dr. Brown to a massage parlor the day before he allegedly attacked his soon to be ex wife Rachel Brown. Judge Jim Wallace refused to allow prosecutors to explore the issue in front of a jury. Brown, known as the hand doctor, is accused of assaulting his wife Rachel in August of 2010. That's after she confronted Brown over an extramarital affair. If convicted Brown could get from probation to ten years in prison.
