The woman, who accused a Houston Police sergeant of groping her, is now accused of lying about the entire incident.
Carla Burton, 38, is charged with perjury.
We first told you about this story back in August.
Burton was arrested on DWI charges in March.
She says Sgt. Otha Latin volunteered to transfer her and another woman to an HPD holding facility.
After she was released, Burton says Latin gave her his personal cell phone number and sent explicit pictures.
Last month, Latin was relieved of duty but a Harris County Grand Jury cleared him of the criminal allegations.
Sources tell the Insite video surveillance of Latin's encounter with Burton proved he did not grab her breats or rub between
her legs as she alleged.
There's no word on when or if he will be reinstated.
