Congratulations to Fox 26 news anchor Melinda Spaulding and her husband Houston attorney Felix Chevalier. The lucky couple delivered their second child today. Mr. Chevalier says he now has a baby boy. The couple has a 2 year old daughter named Landon. The Insite is still working on more details like the new edition's name and weight.
