GLISAN AND SKILLING IN MATCHING CUFFS IN THE SAME ELEVATOR!!!


Former Enron Treasurer Ben Glisan is being grilled by Jeffrey Skilling's high profile attorney Daniel Petrocelli. And in that cross exam it was revealed how lucky or just how cunning the Enron Taskforce can be. Glisan, who initially refused to testify for the government, may have revealed why he rolled over on his former bosses Ken Lay and Jeff Skilling. After pleading guilty in 2003 to one count of fraud Glisan still refused to cooperate with the government. So after his plea Glisan thought he was headed to a federal prison camp in Bastrop, La. He ended up in solitary confinement at a minimum security prison. Glisan says "I was shocked." In an effort to make him talk the Enron taskforce transferred him to a federal detention center and then "hauled him" in front of Enron grand jury...But here's the kicker. The day Glisan was being hauled in front of the grand jury was the same day Jeff Skilling was being arrested for the first time on his Enron related crimes. But this plot doesn't end there. Glisan says when he walked into a federal court elevator to go up to the grand jury room who did he run into? His former boss Jeff Skilling. Glisan was in shackles while Skilling was in handcuffs. Glisan said he told Skilling "God bless" in the elevator. Glisan said he didn't think it was a coincidence at all. And miraculously Glisan then became a key witness for the government. Was it all coincidence or a scheme by the government??? What's your opinion?
