HARRIS COUNTY DEPUTY SAYS HE WAS CALLED MONKEY AND GIVEN BLACK GINGERBREAD MAN!!!!

THEY GAVE ME A BLACK GINGERBREADMAN: AND THAT'S RACIST!!!!

Harris County Sherrif's Deputy Lee Bumpers has filed a lawsuit against the department after he claims he was subjected to racial discrimination in the department. In the legal document filed the veteran of the department says he was called "monkey" and "brownie" by his white superiors. Bumpers says someone left a black gingerbread man in his mailbox and he was subjected to Ku Klux Klan advertisement while working at a Harris county substation of the Harris County Sheriff's department. However, an attorney for the county says Bumpers claims are totally baseless. He says the deputy simply wanted a transfer from the division and came up with claims of racism to get him out. Both sides are arguing over this issue in court. The Insite will keep you updated on the outcome. (Deputy Bumpers pictured above top left with County Commissioner Sylvia Garcia)

UPDATE: THE JURY FINDS FOR THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT...THEY DIDN'T BELIEVE BUMPERS ENDURED ANY DISCRIMINATION.
