PICTURES OF DAVIS, MOSELEY, JONES, AND HILLIARD!

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) has issued warrants for the arrest of several people in relationship to an incident that occurred in April at Jaime’s House Charter School in north Harris County.

After an extensive investigation by the HCSO’s Crimes Against Children Unit warrants have been issued for the following individuals:

1) Sheri Lynn Davis charged with Injury to a Child

2) Gabriel Hahn Moseley charged with Fail to Report Child Abuse

3) David Leonard Jones charged with Fail to Report Child Abuse

4) Ollie Williams Hilliard charged with Fail to Report Child Abuse

An investigation conducted by Deputy V. Coleman revealed that on April 29, 2010 defendant Sheri Lynn Davis, a teacher at Jaime’s House Charter School, struck and kicked the complainant, a 13-year-old student. A portion of that incident was captured on video by one of the complainant’s classmates. The complainant’s mother filed an initial report with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office on May 20, 2010. That report led to the investigation.

The other three defendants in this case are all employees of the school.
