CAUGHT IN THE ACT BY THE DEPUTY!
The two suspects arrested last night while trying to steal copper from a business located at 450 Uvalde have been identified as:
Betty Ann Jackson, DOB 06-02-72 Mark Anthony Horton, DOB 06-21-65
Both have been charged with Burglary of a Building.
HCSO Deputy Luce, who fell from the roof while searching for one of the suspects, was taken by ambulance to Memorial Hermann Hospital. He has been released.
No other information is available at this time.
