The Insite has learned a major investigation into La Porte Livestock Show and Rodeo board member Donna Lott has lead to an indictment by a Harris County Grand Jury.
She's accused of stealing tens of thousands of dollars from the organization while also working for the group.
Harris County prosecutors say Lott may have served as a treasurer or trustee when the alleged crime occurred.
Court records show Lott has been charged with misapplication of fiduciary property.
The 42 year old's bond was set at $83,000!
