Houston Police officers have been issued a very clear warning by the Chief of Police. The Internal memo obtained by the Insite shows officers are allowed to use and post on social media. However, the department warns that officers and HPD employees are limited to the type of pictures and comments they can post. I have included a copy of the memo issued in September. Take a read and let me know if it's too strict, not strict enough or just right!
