I thought the numbers would be a whole lot lower for educators in the Houston Independent School District. However, it is disturbing that it takes a teacher five years to earn a $2000 raise. What do you think of HISD teacher salaries? Are they low, high, or where they should be? The Insite would like to hear your opinion!
