The Insite has learned a 38 year old man has been arrested for burglarizing nearly two dozen townhouses near River Oaks. The man, whose identity is not being released, is currently slapped with a gun charge. Investigators say they're still matching his fingerprints to the 23 units that have been burglarized over 4 months. Officials with HPD say they're certain they have the man who's been dubbed the Willowick Burglar. The Willowick town homes are located on Las Palmes near the upscale Drexel Place.
