The Insite spotted community activist and local celebrity Quanell X at the Harris County courthouse Monday morning.
X was there for the arraignment of a Houston woman accused of killing a 12 year old boy on Christmas Eve.
X was standing in the corridor of the government building when a long list of people did a double take.
One was bold enough to ask for an autograph from the New Black Panther Party leader.
That makes Quanell X our celebrity sighting of the day!
