Unknown suspect peeping out the window

The man you see here poking his head out the window is wanted by police.  There's a standoff underway.  It's happening in the Northeast end of town.  59 near I-10...Police were serving a felony warrant on this guy.  He's barricaded himself into the apartment.  Cops have surrounded him.
