THE RUMOR FROM SOURCES: RUSTY HARDIN TO BLAST JOLANDA JONES!

The Insite is hearing a rumor from a source that a very high profile Houston attorney will be making an appearance at City Council's public session on Tuesday to admonish another member of the bar.

That source says Rusty Hardin will go before the governmental body and blast Council Member and attorney Jolanda Jones.

Why?  According to that source Hardin is very upset Jones passed out an informational card this month telling Houstonians not to talk with police officers if they're stopped or questioned.

That was prompted by the release of the video taped beating of Chad Holley.

He's the 16 year old who found himself attacked by a group of Houston police officers while fleeing from a crime scene last year.

The 'Know Your Rights' card passed out by Jones instructs people how to behave when approached by cops.

Hardin, whose son is a Houston police officer, is reportedly livid by Jones' actions.

The Insite attempted to call Hardin to get a comment about his possible appearance but there has been no response.

Hardin is best known for taking on Anna Nicole Smith in a highly publicized civil trial and defending baseball player Roger Clemens.
