Crawfish Boil Louisiana Style
I don't think I've ever run into a house in Texas full of so many people from my hometown.  Saturday night that happened.  From Baton Rouge to Baker - there was a long list of people at a crawfish boil that I attended with ties to Louisiana. The event was thrown by Mary Williams and Keith Brosette in Northwest Houston.  Lots of food, drink, dancing and tons of crawfish.  The Insite would like to thank the gracious hosts for making all of us feel like we were all actually back home in the boot.  And what is a Louisiana style crawfish boil without line dancing?  Check out the wobble wobble video.  Shout out to Millette Clayton Scott as well who's officially running for the Southern University Houston Alumni Chapter Vice President.  Vote for Millette!

P.S. Shout out to Taurus and Nyree Burrell for their invite to their crawfish boil Saturday night.  That was my first stop where the crawfish had the perfect blend of spice and seasonings...The Burell's throw down like Tony's Seafood in Baton Rouge!

Note: Sorry about the quality of pictures.  They were taken with my camera phone in bad lighting conditions!
