RATS, RATS, AND MORE RATS!

Just when we thought the problem at the old Harris County jail was solved the Insite receives an email saying it hasn't. 

It was last month when we first told you about the severe rodent problem at the Franklin street facility. 

Employees who remain in the mostly abandoned building complained that there are too many rats in the building. 

After our first report on the issue county officials said they would hire an exterminator to handle the problem. 

That's what they said...The Insite received this picture of yet another rat found in the old jail. 

Employees are still complaining...So, what will it take for Harris County to control the rats?
