RETIRED DEPUTIES: WE CAN'T AFFORD THOSE INSURANCE RATES!

Expect there to be large crowds of retired Harris County Deputies at the next Harris County Commissioners' Court meeting.  Those retirees say they're upset because their health insurance premiums are going up.  It was just a month ago when the Insite first reported retirees would now be charged for the health insurance coverage.  County officials say with the changing economy they can no longer provide free healthcare for the former law enforcement officers.  Bob Goerlitz with the Harris County Deputies' Organization says the retirees will now be charged $115 a month.  Goerlitz says he expects dozens of retirees to show up at the next monthly Commissioners' Court meeting.  It's scheduled for December 6, 2011!
