HOUSTON POLITICAL BIG WIGS MAKE NEXT MOVE!

The 2012 political season is already heating up and we're still in 2011.  As you already know lots of familiar names have filed for various political races in Harris County for the upcoming political season.  Some that stand out to the Insite includes Houston City Council member Wanda Adams.  She's filed to run for State Representative against Alma Allen.  That's sure to be a close race and very controversial.  From the usual fireworks category is the back and forth race between State Representative Borris Miles and former State Rep. Al Edwards.  Now let's see - Al first had the officer then Borris beat him...Then Al came back and beat Borris, then Borris came back and beat Al...Now, Al wants another shot at it again so he's challenging Borris for the position.  Also, very interesting will be the race for a Harris County Board of Education seat.  Outgoing Houston Council member Jarvis Johson will take on the daughter of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.  Erica Lee filed for the position but if she is anything like her mother she may beat Johnson.  You'll remember it was only a few years ago when Jackson Lee defeated Johnson who ran for Congress.  I can't wait til 2012!
