WHAT IS THAT SMELL IN THIS BUILDING?

The Insite got a call from some of my people strategically placed in the Houston Municipal Courts building in downtown Houston.  They say the place smells like "***".  Many people thought the building experienced a severe sewerage back up.  In fact, municipal courts spokesperson Gwendolyn Goins says a work crew was brought in to track down the smelly situation.  After hours of looking Goins says the sulfur like smell was tracked down to the basement of the building.  The Insite was told a battery that operates a city data center either died or exploded leaving the building rank and stank.  My source says the smell was so overpowering some people actually got sick.  Goins says she's not quite sure if any information was lost because of the battery issue and referred us to the city's Information Technology department. Court officials say the data center does not hold or store information for the courts, it's just located in the basement of their building. With that - stank mystery solved at Houston's Municipal Court!
