Congratulations to the Salvation Army Harbor Light Choir. The group that performs hundreds of shows each year was honored by Harris County Commissioners' Court. The group usually consists of singers who have kicked a habbit that has lead them down the wrong path. Once they make it to the choir the members are typically on the path to success. Judge Ed Emmett also provided the group with a proclamation declaring December 6th Harbor Light Choir Day in the county. Congratulations!
